You will find a plush velvet sofa and cozy armchairs that are perfect for getting comfortable with a book. You have a dining table and chairs for two if you prefer a quiet meal in. The 50" smart TV is ready for you to log into your own streaming platforms for a movie night. And you'll stay comfortable no matter the weather, with a ceiling fan and air conditioning.

Bedroom

You will sleep on a king size bed with luxury linens and a choice of pillows. There is plenty of hanging and storage space. Ceiling fan and air conditioning are in here too.

Kitchen

You'll have a fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas cooktop, microwave and a full-size fridge with freezer. There is a good selection of pots and pans, and utensils. Supermarkets are only two blocks away in West End Village. And importantly, a well-stocked coffee station with a Nespresso machine and pods provided.

Bathroom

You will have a tidy bathroom directly off the bedroom with plenty of fresh towels. Enjoy your shower with premium HunterLab Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash. 

Laundry

You have a Euro laundry with washer, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board for your use.

Balcony

You will love relaxing on your greenery filled balcony that creates a calm spot above the lively energy of Fish Lane below. The property was located in a very convenient walking distance to Southbank and also the bridge over to the star casino for easy access into the cbd. There were wonderful restaurants and cafes nearby especially on the quirky fish lane. The apartment itself was beautifully presented with lovely decor and exceptionally clean. There was great attention to detail which made it a very lovely homey vibe.
